Booked in to the vets on Fri. This isn’t bothering him, eating as normal. Only just noticed it. Any ideas? So scared of him getting cancer.

It's not really possible to 'diagnose' lumps online as even a vet would have to feel how firm it is and so on - but I do hope you find it's nothing to worry about. Please do let us know how you get on on Friday.
