Help Please!..stuck With Online Entry

I was just in the middle of entering online for crufts, all was going dandy untill i got to the part which asks for either Authority to compete number, stud book or KC reg number.....

obviously the one i need to fill in is KC number as im not an overseas person nor does my girl have stud book number, so....i presumed the number i needed to type in was the number on my owner registration certificate which is a ten digit number ( although the first 2 are letters. Hope this is making sense BTW) , anyways - i typed this in and just kept getting an answer saying its not a kennel club reconized number :blink: :wacko: i tried several times and also without the letters infront but still no joy.

what am i doing wrong please? anyone know? :blink:

It is the 10 digit number starting with two letters. Either start again or call the kennel club for help. The registration dept will check the number for you. Are you using Internet explorer or a different browser. The KC sites are a bit wierd in some of them. Good Luck

Hi Cathie,

yes, im using internet explorer. I went on to the KC website, on the crufts page, and then clicked on 'enter crufts 2007'.

i think id better give the KC a ring tom then, hope all is ok with her number! Im abit worried now! :sweating:

Why don't you try through the Fossedata site, they are the show printers for the KC

Not been online for few days but just to update if anyones interested - i rung the KC and no prob with my girls reg no but apparently theyve been having trouble with the system at Fosse with some numbers for some reason :wacko: so i had to ring fossedata and they managed to get it in the system their end
