Help pls - lump found on our Dalmatian under skin below collar

Hi guys
We have found a small lump - 2cm ish - under our DALMATIONS skin just below his collar.
We found it a few weeks ago but then it went, and now it’s back.
Doesn’t seem to be painful or affecting him in any way.
Any ideas / advice pls??

You need to show this to your vet. There are many reasons for lumps, so it's really important to get a proper diagnosis.
