Hope this helps you
Right click on a pic
scroll down the option to open with and select PAINT
in paint click on image at the top of the screen
select stretch/skew from the options list
In here reduce your image to 25% - 30 % on both options
click OK
you have to save your reduced pic as a new image
click on file
select save as
give your new pic a name,
save it.
