I would like to point out an error in the advert in the whippet news regarding the weight groups in the main Derby.

It should read upto 36lb (not 35lb)
 
The new advert in the December issue 'out at the weekend' for the bend championships states 36lb.
 
can you put the adv on please hopefully the snow will have gone for this one :thumbsup:

SUNDAY 12TH DEC 2010 @ HIGHGATE GREYHOUND STADIUM

40LB SCR DERBY winner to receive £20.00 plus Jacket, r.up £10.00 (hts £5)

NO LIMIT DERBY winner to receive £20.00 plus jacket, r.up £10.00 (hts £5 )

YEARLING/VETERAN SCR DERBY payout according to entries.

Fastest scratch time will receive a beautiful framed mini-jacket kindly donated by Chris & Julie Jackson

VETERAN DERBY (All in) Up to 25lb, up to 35lb.Winner to receive £15.00 plus Jacket, r.up £10.00

Fastest veteran time to receive a beautiful framed mini-jacket donated by Chris & Julie

YEARLING DERBY (same as veterans)

MAIN DERBY Dogs & Bitches sep,up to 21lb,24,27,30,33,36. 3 x 4 dog semis

3 semi winners go through to main Derby final(l/w,m/w,h/w)

Fastest time in l/w,m/w,& h/w to receive a beautiful mini-jacket donated by Chris & Julie

Derby winner to receive £25.00 plus jacket & Highgate Derby Trophy sponsered by Vicky & Mark, r.up £20.00,3rd £15.00.

All class winners not in final £10 (hts £5)

WEIGH IN 10 TILL 11am.One weigh only! Run as weighed ,Entrys £5 per dog.£3 entry to stadium

Due to the bad weather will have to cancel this sundays Highgate Derby :( the Highgate lads are working their butts off trying to clear the car park and making the track runable :sweating: Geoff will let you know the new date in afew days time.
 
very sensible. nobodys dogs wud b race fit anyway with all the blinkin snow. think we may have to invest in treadmills lol (w00t)

dave it took us a week 2 get the van out the drive so cudnt have got to the beach evenb if we had wanted too. (w00t)

dave it took us a week 2 get the van out the drive so cudnt have got to the beach evenb if we had wanted too. (w00t)
