You need to go into "My Controls" at the top of the page and then go down to edit avatar settings in the left hand column.
Scroll down the page click on the browse button and find the picture you want(You will need to resize your pic to no bigger than 64x64 pixels first) then click on the update avatar button at the bottom or paste it in as a URLby clicking on IMG from the box: when it comes up http//....... , (you can use photo bucket or muchos for this to resize and to get the URL )
