i may be about to take the plunge into my 3rd whippet

i have a 2 1/2 year old bitch who im doing well with at shows . an 11 month old female pup who is ending up more like a baby greyhound (so may be neuterd and kept purley for pet as i cant bear to home her on )

i have 3 daughters , 2 bitten by show bug !!!!

i do have time and space for 3 so i think im still quite sane  wanting to have a 3rd !!!

again she is female , 6 months old and is very promising so ive a better idea than an 8 week pup .

go on who thinks im mad (w00t)

:D Second view ;) Look forward to seeing the photos of your new whippet

Wait till you get nearer 10 !! (w00t) :huggles:

3`s like having hardly any :huggles:

Three IS hardly any. Go for it!

And could you please post a pic of your Cobyco bitch and tell me her show name?

Thanks. Congrats for BIS that's wonderful! :D

Three is definitely OK, I had 7 Whippets in in my house in one stage, when i was running on some pups and others came to stay while their owners went away. I could quite happily live with 7 (without having kennels). I think once you get to about 10 you cannot really give enough individual attention to each dog and I would imagine you'd have to have some sort of kennels. Does anybody keep more than 10 in the house?

Good luck with your new puppy, any pics? :luck:

I have 9 dogs in the house, 7 whippets and 2 Iggies. 3 whippets won't be a problem at all. Good luck with the new puppy, I'm looking forward to seeing lots of pictures of her on here.
