Hiya people! I haven't been on k9 for along time now and rarely post anymore! I have a 1 and 1/2 year old entire male whippet x italian greyhound who i was interested in racing? I know absolutely nothing about what i'd need to do to start with? I know my nearest track is fordingbridge but i dont have a clue as to what training it would involve and what is required etc? anybody that can help a newbie out? I wanted to give him a try at racing as i think he'd enjoy it! Also just to make you aware he's whippet size and whippet boned even though a cross with italian so i believe he's a good size and in great health to race! thanks for reading! dabroad x
