OLD HALL SUNDAY 07-10-07

Seems to be a popular day to put on racing

Winners = R/ch-N/ch or open weight class winners

Maidens = those who have won none of the above and weight class solo wins.

There will be two separate abcde handicaps for the above dogs

Vets given weight for age allowances to run in main handicap

Handicap 160 at 2 foot per lb

Pups in two weight classes up to 25 lb and above 25 lb

Scratch at 32 lb plus all in at 160 yards

All the normal old hall facilities

Plus the Burger van for refreshments

Entrée fee = £3-00 + 50p lure

Two runs at least for each dog

At least 100% payout.

Come and have a good days racing

Again another meeting we would love to come to but sadly not only is Mum working but the injury list is growing. Now up to three (possibly all four), soon enough I'll be asking someone if they've got a dog I can borrow just so I can take something for a walk !!!

Sounds like fun for a change though, we were just discussing it earlier at home and we wondered how the bend class winners and bend champions would fare against the straight champions and class winners. Will be pleased to find out and probably will be sat at home waiting for Sally with the results :thumbsup: .

.This is a straight meeting and only straight results count to either being in the winners class or maidens class otherwise it would be most unfair on dogs that run the bends well but not the straights. :luck:

Now that makes it different again. Had we been able to attend I originally thought we'd have 3 "Winners" (Moany Moany, Connor's Legacy and Connor's Lass) and one Maiden (Connor's Dream). However as only straight wins count then all would be Maidens except Moany Mo.

Will still watch for results with interest
