Implementation of pet passport rules for travel ireland/uk

transport of dogs from Ireland to rescues in Britain is becoming more expensive (so less dogs will be rescued) due to implementation
of EU regulations requiring rabies vax - even though we don't routinely rabies-vax our dogs in these rabies-free islands.

Greyhound transporters are worried as well
