Well for all of you off to the Northern open the ground is perfect. You are all in for a treat it's the best ground we have ever had and for all race fanatics,which all of you are,it will be the best days racing ever. I went and visited yesterday as i haven't been for a while and i must say i was bowled over by how good it is. No vying with the rugby for time or space to run. Can't guarentee good weather but i have my fingers crossed for you all. At the leisure lakes ground there is the Frontier Pub which for any of you with a cowboy outfit saturday night will be a good night red skins welcome too. It's perfect for caravans and anyone bringing children it's geared up to keep them happy too. Hope that any of you not yet entered will not be put off by fuel costs and will venture up to join us for a good days racing. Good Luck to all of you.

looks like the cowboy outfit as i work on sites..always look forward to the northern opens..this year being the best as ya got good grounds and the track is lovely.well done and good luck from the shropshire lot.. :thumbsup:
