Got up this morning Spry and Sienna came to greet me as usual but callie just stayed in her bed  (not usual) so I brought her out and she was very fed up her snout is swollen just above her nose on both sides, :( so as soon as the vets open I'll be giving them a call.

Anyone else had this??

 Poor Callie

Has she been bitten by something Lesley?

Good luck at the vets hope everything goes OK

Aww poor Callie :(

might be a bite or a sting, hope she gets sorted at the vets, let us know how you get on.

:huggles: :huggles: for Callie.

Tessy had a lumpy nose a few months ago and was miserable with it, but by the time we got to the vets it had gone down :b

I thoughtabout a bite ot a sting but I can't think what from if so, she was fine last night and hasn't been anywhere since then, there are no marks at all just the swelling but she's fed up and very fussy following me around if you know what I mean  it's a bit of a mystery I'll let you know what the vet says

good luck at the vets lesley

fingers crossed for you

That happened with Spry a few months ago but she got stung on her foot i think crying and yelping wouldn't stand on her foot, arranged for mum in law to pick Jordan up from school so i could take her to the vet, about 20 mins later she's darting round the house like a mad thing

Poor Callie - doesn't sound very nice for a pretty young lady

Haven't heard of anything like it I'm afraid, good luck today

Poor Callie :(

You havent got a real tree have you?

poor Callie :( i can't suggest what it might be other than an allergic reaction to something.

give her a hug from me and mine :huggles: good luck at the vets :luck:

Thanks everyone :huggles: been to the vets and he says she has knocked her snout because it is a hard swell and usually with reactions they are soft swelling and usually lips would swell also, don't know when or how she must have done it because she hasn't yelped or anything to show she's hurt herself  and he said it must have been quite a knock because it has bruising coming but nothing broken thank god, :sweating:

He gave her a jab to take the swelling down so it won't be a painful for her and she should be right as reign in a couple of days

Poor thing. Get well soon Callie. I think she needs Doctor Jordon to sit under the blanket again

Hope that the lump goes down quickly Leslie and that she's soon back to her old self.

Poor Callie- I wonder how she did it, but at least you now know what it is.
