Hi everyone can anyone tell me whether if RCH.Jacks Boy was in a dogs pedigree would the RCH appear on the pedigree (sorry in advance if its a Realllllly stupid question)

Hi Steve

if the pedigree was hand writen by the breeder then is would probably have the Rch but if the pedigree is issued by the KC (printed by the KC) then it will not have the Rch on it.

the reason for this is that the Kennel Club does not recognise Racing Champions!

Thanks Mark is there a database of any sort listing past race champions or info on past champions.

I do keep my own whippet database and I do note on it if a whippet is a racing champion. Maybe it would be a nice idea to have a page about all the racing champions. Maybe I will do that. Rob Rixon & Joyce Keable have both produced booklets in the past that detail all the champions up to the point they were issued. You probably could still get hold of these Steve. If you want to email me I could probably help you find copies of them.
