Now then my dear fellow k9 members, not being morbid here just practical, i have a question for you all, i got to thinking of Jill, in the event of out happening to me, although she would be ok here with Ruth, she would in my opinion, be highly stressed without me, this i know because when im not around she searches for me, although she likes Ruthy, she absolutely loves me, and that is why im writing this little lot, because Ruth couldnt give her the life im giving her, and thats a working life, so im here looking to her future and by that i mean, im looking for one of you good people that will have jill if i go first, once again may i stress the fact no morbidity here from me, in fact im as happy as the next man, but i honestly couldnt rest in my grave knowing she was unhappy, and so i turn to k9, and ask, who would be willing to take on my Jill, not one penny would be asked for her, what could you offer her, what you would be getting is one highly trained, lovable animal you could ever wish for, and indeed a part of me, so please answer,

and put my mind at rest

thank you

keith  :huggles:

I would imagine that there would be many K9ers who would love to have her :D - you will probably need to conduct interviews

I would have her in a flash but it is a long lonely flight in a crate in with the cargo

It is something that is at the back of my mind too I must admit.

there would always be room for jilly here and sally :huggles:

no its not morbid either , its a reality :( :(

Robbie would go back to lesley , emma would go to dawn ( Dunno) mabel would be pts as she wont eat if i aint even here , jessie would go to boothros,Little Blue would go to Ben ( oakmoorehill) dads blue would go back to dad or annsa eddie and alice would go back to lillybet, tippy would either go to argos 1 or rae ( id pay money to watch the scrap over her (w00t) ) danny would go to candice, the lurchers would go to working homes with friends although sas would return to george

this is something i do really think of as i travel a lot of miles and as with what happen to the citycroft girls you never know whats going to happen and est let people know efore the event and hope nothing ever does :huggles:

this may sound freaky but, in my will it is stated that im to be cremated and the ashes i have of animals long gone horses dogs and my cats are to be scattered with me in a woodland all together as in life :huggles:

I think we all worry about this subject at some time.

I have to say Keith, I don't think there would be many K9ers who could give Jill the time and attention you give her - she is one very lucky girl

There are many of your friends on here who would never see Jill go homeless (me included), but with work, and 6 more whippets to look after, she wouldn't get the same attention she has from you. I can't wait to retire - work is such a waste of life  Then, maybe I could spend all my time with the dogs, and get out into the fields on sunny days like you do with Jillypops - heaven :D

Don't you worry about leaving her behind - you ain't goin' anyweer yet :huggles:
