My year old Golden Retriever keeps jumping up at everyone we meet while out walking either in the street or the park. I am terrified that she will knock somebody over with all sorts of consequences.
I have heard that there is a harness designed to help with this problem, but I cannot find out any information on this.
If anyone has come across such a harness I would welcome hearing about it.

Any harness would work if you keep her close enough not to jump, if she pulls though a harness with a front ring (on the chest) can help. But perhaps better to change her focus if you are prepared to put some time into it. I'd suggest training a ”watch me” to get her attention on you rather than the other person.
