I don't have any specific information on the rate of signup's. It varies quite a lot from month to month.

There are always a number of people re-registering under a different name because they've forgotten their original password (better to sort out your original registration). Then there are those who never complete their registration because they never follow the instructions in the confirmation email sent out.
