KATE
Kate is a 3 year old ex-racing greyhound girl. She is a little black lady who is quite dainty and is going to be so pretty once her coat gains a healthy sheen to it.
Kate is very new to our kennels and we are still assessing her personality. She needs a bit more time to settle as right now she is proving to be a fantastic Houdini and keeps escaping! She is a friendly, cheery little girl though, and seems to like a bit of mischief. She has not been tested with small dogs or cats and these can be carried out prior to adoption if required.
Kate has not been in a home environment before, so new owners will need to be a bit patient during the first couple of weeks and allow her time to settle in and learn the home rules. It usually takes 10-14 days for new greyhounds to start to settle down in a home, and really all they need is a bit of time and patience. This little escape artist may need a good secure fence to keep her in, though!
This lovely girl is currently being kennelled in Ireland, and can be transported via Kerry Greyhounds to the UK or Europe if a suitable home offer comes up. This will be organised and paid for by Kerry Greyhounds, and we ask only for a donation to help cover costs. She is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, de-flea'd and wormed and a homecheck will be required as part of the adoption procedure.
If you are interested in fostering or adopting Kate, please email me on tamakin_84@yahoo.co.uk for our adoption application form and information pack. Thanks!

We assess the suitability of all home offers, and we have homed greyhounds in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the USA.
