Kirsty's pick out of her Dislocator bitch,to Mineola Farloe. One of the nicest bitch pups ive seen in a long time.4months and 1 week old.Not a posed photo, but a nice natueal one ,of a pup being a pup.(Hope this works)View attachment 40896

She is just :huggles: drop down gorgeous :huggles:

Beautiful markings

These are a few pix i took of Kirsty's bitch this morning. As you see,she has'nt half grown into a nice sappling. She seem's to have the same running action as her mum,and is as game a bitch that ive ever seen.Red as we call her will be 10 month's old on the 16th of this month.,so not long from now,she will be getting her first look at a lure.(Notice,i said look) BARRON_TOP_SHOW_005.jpg

Isee the pic of her at 4 month's of age is missing, and has been deleted for some reason.Pity this,as i was going to keep this topic about Kirsty's bitch going right up to and including her racing carrear,if she make's it that far,as you never know what's around the next corner.Anyway, here's one of her in action.BARRON_TOP_SHOW_006.jpg

Cause i aint under P,and it's not alway's sunny.Believe it or not,but i just found out today,i think, from the new camera software, what ive been doin wrong.

Under P? Do you mean setting the camera to P? If so then don't! It's crap. You want to be using Aperture priority(Av) or Shutter Priority (Tv).

Ha,only seen this just now,as im not on here that much Jaq.(Under p),in our lingo, means under pressure. As i usualy find myself, when im trying to sort the right setting's out for taking pix, while the dog's are on the lin,or coming up the field.Must make a wee check list, for before i even leave the house,as regard's setting's,so that when i get there ,then i aint under (p).Have started using (A),and (S) Jaq.Good job. again, ...Billy...

Forgot to mention that i took the bitch down with me,to the track the other night,as i had one for qualifying.Took her in the middle to let her watch. She went berserk,at the hare,so i took her out again to settle her.Took her back in again, near the end of the trial's,and same thing.done cartwheel's.So i reconed id like to see what she would do behind the hare,or was this just a show of exitement, that ive seen before with other people's dog's,who would then only follow the thing, when off the lead.Took her all the way down to the first bend, just in case, and she nearly took my wrist joint out,as she spun round when the lure passed. At 10 month's of age,i was realy impressed. She will not be back till she's ready. If anyone think's 10 month's is too young for a greyhound bitch to go round the track, then i agree. But the biggest name in greyhound's N.Ireland, has all his pup's round at this age,and he breed's all the goodun's over here. One of his,won the concilation Dearby last night,in a time of 29.64, (550).

Was out with Red,and her mum this morning at about 8.am,and got this pic.It will probibly be one of the last with the present len's,(which is 17n1/2-45mm),as i got my new one today. ZUIKO 40--150MM. More practice needed now then. Joann__s_wedding_019__2_.jpg

Red will be 1 year old,on tuesday coming,so i guess it's time to get her to the track, and see how game she is.Then spend the next 2 months, getting her ready for her 1st race

beautiful dog billy, good luck with her

 Frankie,or is it Nicola.Yes she does look the part, but can she run.Got the right temperament,is as ignorant as a bore pig, just like her mum,the one who put me in hospital, with a smashed up knee, that need's completely rebuilt.Still havent given her even a look at the lure,as i had intended selling her and was afraid of injuring her.She will be going up the field this week though.Had a handslip at 10 month's and as i said, was pretty keen.Could be doin with moving her on,to make room for the pup's. ...Billy...
