Well,

i don't know what that type of racing jacket means....

well, i can tell you that the red one with the white number is mine, and htis comes from a breeder of basenjis and whippets in Indianapolis , Indiana. i like these jackets but they are the USA standard set with the green jacket instead of the black-white striped one.
