Lost/found Whippet

Hi, I'm just writing in case anyone in the Lovedean/Waterlooville/Denmead area (Hants) can identify a lost a whippet. My vet just called (and gave me a scare) asking if Obi was missing as someone had bought in a dog matching his description. Obi is right here so it must be another brindle whippet, apparently it was found at Catherington Downs. I'm assuming it is male as Obi is. If anyone has lost him or knows who he is the vet's number is 02392 592526. I hope that he is reunited with his owner and that he wasn't abandoned or anything

I have just spoken to the vets, he is a neutered brindle boy, not very old. He is now with Liz Mould the dog warden at Petersfield, so is in good hands.

Catherington Downs is such a large area, it is somewhere we go often but I've not seen him up there.
