Lump on dog's chest

My dog has a lump on his chest, and hairs aren't growing on it, it's as if it is a profusion from inside the skin. It is about the size of a conker. Anyone got any insight?
 
It's either lipoma or fatty tumor check at your vets , As he migh delete it if its the type that grows , Rarely it might be cancer but go to vets ;)
