I have a lurcher, and have been chatting with people in the chat room who advised me to post a request here. I'm not 100% sure what I want to do with him (he may just be a couch potato), but am looking at options.

West Somerset racing club at Taunton have a lurcher section. There are lurcher folks there most Sunday.

Thanks for that. Do you just turn up, or is it ok to ring the number to find out details (it says for whippet enquiries). May just have to give it a go when I have a free sunday!!!!

Just to re-iterate what Beejay has said - you'd be very welcome at West Somerset. There are lurchers there most weeks.
