Hi All

We always have a Greyhound Show at Brighton and Hove Greyhound Stadium every year in aid of the Retired Greyhound Trust for Hove. All proceeds go directly to the trust to help in the homing of retired dogs.

This year i have helped in arranging a Lurcher Show at the same venue and it will be incorporated with the Greyhound and Fun dog show. Their will be trade and fun stands on the day making it a family day out for all.

Show Date is Monday 3rd May. Doors open at 9.30 and showing to start at 10.30 prompt.

After having many lurchers myself over the years and making lots of friends in the past it would be great to have a good turn out and meet up with some old friends again as i have not shown or judged for about 4 years now.

If anyone needs any further info it will be advertised in the Countrymans Weekly or you can give me a call on 07958 264023.

Hi Adrian nice to see you are still around, does this mean u r thinking of getting back into lurchers? What is spooky is i only saw a picture of u at a new forest show this week and wondered if you were still about might try to make this one, alb Sarah

Nice to hear from you..how are you.

Yes i am still about !! lol but have mostly greyhounds now at home and racing. Still have Mikey who is nearly 14 yrs old now but still going. I hear alot of his pups have now had pups themselves and are doing really well.

Would be great to see a few old friends at the show. Hope you can make it and would appreciate if you could let everyone know about the show

:thumbsup: WOW Mikey still going strong, well done that dog. I lost three last year, Tigger and Zak included, but I have Tigger's Grandson, rafa now, so it is nice when the pups have pups. will certainly spread the word

Good Day All

Just a short reminder that the Lurcher show is this coming Bank Holiday Monday.

I hope that we have a very good turn out. If this is the case we can move forward with this and make it bigger and better in the coming years.
