The lurcher and terrier show starts at 12pm (Qualifier for Chatsworth & Midland gamefair)

Lurcher racing also from 10.30am (muzzled dogs only)

There is also a produce and craft marquee, beer tent and refreshments, car boot sale and much more. The showground is a few 100 meters from the beach and harbour in West Bay so it should make a great day out.

I'd love to cos I like that part of the country, and I like terriers and lurchers and dog shows, but being visited by my mum this weekend, she's travelling a long way to see me . .

all the way from . . . . .

Dorset!

It was a cracking day the weather was just right nice and dry and not too hot for the dogs. A well organised affair looking forward to the next one. The judges were well selected and the steward seem to be good at her job ;)

Well thank you kindly Sir! :D I try my best ;)

Was a great day and the entry was pretty damn good, considering there were lots of other shows on yesterday, roll on next year!

Forgot to add that the groundsman did some fine work too must've had training from a golf course.

Will I have to muzzle my dog next year ? :D :D

You don't have to be nice about the groundsman, he's not a member on here!! Golf is just about up his street!! :p Now I'm being unkind, he did a great job today and celebrated accordingly last night I think from the state of him this morning!

A muzzle and a cork would probably be in order - but wheres the fun in that!
