I'm going to see this bitch tomorrow - the dog warden has caught her straying.

She is listed as a greyhound - but looks more whippetish to me, its hard to tell with nothing as perspective, but the feet and back look particularly whippety to me.

Can anyone tell from this pic? I cant wait til tomorrow afternoon to find out!

I do still have meg at the moment - but there could be a home on the cards :- " ....

This poor girl can't be picked up for 7 days yet - and her owner may come forward in that time.

Ten will be lonely when Meg goes :( he's got very attached, he loves having another dog around  so fostering again is the solution until we decide to have another little whippet of our own

When I first saw the photo I thought whippet x.

Could it not be a whippet x greyhound? it'd make the guessing a bit easier :D Looks a bit like my leo

Looks whippetish to me too, but then again I know less than nothing about greyhounds, hope all got well for her :luck: :luck:

Looks like a greyhound to me, but it is not possible to judge the size. If she weighs 25kg or more she could be greyhound. Not all greyhound litters are earmarked.

You fence sitter you Vicky. She doesn't look in bad condition does she.

yes on sight - i'd say whippet x greyhound

Good news is she seems to have been either re-claimed or found a home  - the kennel hand the day i went back didn't know which... probably re-claimed by her owners - as she would have been there for at least seven days otherwise.

Moo :)

She was reclaimed by her owners :huggles:

We had a place arranged for her (she's an earmarked greyhound by the way) but thankfully it wasn't needed.
