Just picked up on this exchange - maybe got wrong end of stick. Is this the racing meet? Been trying to find out about it but not much of a detective! Who ever runs it doesn't believe in publicity!

yes a pedigree whippet racing meeting, the maidstone open, it would of been in the whippet news

all racing dates are also posted at the top of the pedigree racing section, also on the club section

Thanks - Ill see if I can come along. Hollie ran at Sussex Long Dogs last week and made the final and came 4th!!! Yipeee! Not a bad result seeing that A. it was her first ever race and B. most of the day before she had spend happily chasing rabbits!! Maybe things are a bit more formal here with registrations etc? Anyway Ill come for a nose about. Start at c 10 am I guess?

We normally start racing at about 12 ish :thumbsup: You would need a passport to race Hollie I'm afraid Pop along though I'm sure everyone will make you feel welcome :thumbsup:

i do know the way but good excuse to use the sat nav see if theres a quicker way but better watch ju or she send me up to scotland for the day i will think of her on sunday tucking in to her roast (w00t) and im not that old
