mine nearing 64lb too , hard or soft he'll run , some might like it , some might not, just like , horses for courses

saying that , during the winter months , the ground would be just as hard , when were all???? out hunting

Pre ban coursing meetings were called off when the ground was frozen, likewise last winter the greyhound tracks were closed due to the tracks being frozen i.e too hard to run on  it comes down to dogs welfare in the end really
