MAX
The gorgeous Max is a very large, 3 year old brindle greyhound. Max is friendly with people and soaks up attention, but would be best homed where he is the only male dog. As he was used for coursing, Max will not be suitable for a home with cats. This big, very striking fella has been with us for some time now, and really deserves a home to call his own.
Poor Max has been finding kennel life very stressful, and had started to lose weight. He has now been moved in to a foster home, and is doing muuuch better now that he has a warm fire to roach in front of!
Max is now getting used to home life, and is so far fine with the regular household equipment such as hoovers and washing machines. He is also now house trained and is loving the extra love and attention that comes with the indoor life!
This darling fella really needs his forever home soon, so that he can settle down, destress and start to really enjoy life. He is currently in a foster home in Norfolk.
~~ KERRY GREYHOUND CONNECTION ~~
Kerry Greyhound Connection is a small voluntary organisation based in County Kerry, Ireland and Norfolk, England and operates through a network of volunteers. We can look after approximately 40 greyhounds at any one time, in Ireland and the UK.
Each dog is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and given a full veterinary check before being adopted.
We assess the suitability of all home offers, and we have homed greyhounds in Ireland, the UK, Europe and USA.
