Hi Carmel

Thank you for taking the time to reply . I have one 9 year old whippy Louis Lou and very sadly lost my beautiful 5 year old Harvey Minnie Moon to heart failure 5 weeks ago. He had a wonderful little life but losing him was devastating and I am still not over the hurt. However, as Moonies condition was detected at birth I was'nt able to have him insured so I have been left with a large vets bill to pay, luckily as and when. Therefore when I saw that the little dog in question was free of charge and because I can't see a little one with no home I wanted to take him in. I adore Whippets and Louis is sad to have lost his friend (Son). Also I live only 10 miles from Bradford. One day I would love to get another but I'm financially not able to right now.=20

PS. No little one will take Moonies place but would be loved the same.

Hi Amanda,

There is a 7 year old whippet cross in Whitehall dog rescue if you're interested? The rescue is near wakefield which could be near you (about 10 miles south east of bradford - if you mean the bradford in west yorks!).

There was a lovely little 3 year old whippet who was there for about 6 months but she has just found a home :wub:
