Currently it is not compulsory for vets, animal rescues or local authorities to scan microchips in pets. Although some do the right thing and scan there some that don't.
Please could you help by signing and sharing the petition to your friends, family & fellow pet owners.
In addition, there is a regular Friday night Tweetathon under the #ScanMe hashtag that could do with assistance if you are a regular twitter user ran by @HelpFindThem14.
We are raising awareness on both petition & any pets currently missing or stolen in uk. Im an average pet owner just helping out with campaign.
I would want peace of mind knowing that all is being done to get my beloved family member get back home if they should become lost in stolen.
