My mobile contract ended today

I was thinking of moving to Vodafone as I can get another 100 minutes from them for the same price as my current network provider T-mobile

I looked on the review guide and Vodafone doesn't get a great review just wondered if anyone is on Vodafone and what is your point of view?

If they are not that good I would be as well staying with T mobile and not taking the 100 mins extra with Vodafone if you know what I mean :- I have found T mobile to be good but always looking for a better deal!!!

Also if I change over, will I lose all my pictures/texts on my mobile phone as I have to ask for a pac code to keep my number but I will get a new sim card?

I changed from O2 to Vodafone, as the O2 signal along with Orange, T Mobile and others is not good where we live. I got the PAC code for mine, and they do send you a new SIM card. You keep your number though, and that's what the PAC code is for. Anything saved on your phone will be fine, but anything saved on your SIM card will be lost, so save your phone book to phone, then you can keep it there, or transfer it to your new SIM card. I have found Vodafone to be quite good. They messed up putting me on to roaming for calls abroad while I was on holiday. I emailled fro the hotel, and they put it on the next day. When I got home they refunded my months payment including all phone calls.

If you phone up T mobile and tell them you want to leave they will probably better the deal you could get with vodaphone then you wont have the hassle of changing your number or pac codes, they always want to keep their customers :D :D

They sound good. I went into Carphone Warehouse tonight and the sales assistant said you get a better service with Vodafone as well. I think I will go for Vodafone

I phoned T mobile up today and explained to them I had been in touch with Vodafone and asked if they would match their deal and give me another 100 mins and they said no!!! So much for wanting to keep their customers. I have been with them around 12/13 years as well :( I could have done without the hassle of getting pac codes and having to get all my numbers from my sim card but they don't seem to care less so I am just going to change over to Vodafone :-

highly recommend vodaphone had alot of hassle with t mobile wish i stayed with vodaphone better customer service better reception just better will transfer back soon

T- mob did the same to me...I went to o2. You should check network coverage in your area - as some networks cover some areas better than others. You need to get your PAC number from T-Mob if you want to keep your phone number.
