Ok, with Sunday being mothers day were going to put on a few extra races at the Lancashire.

The Mums Races

Race 1 ~ For Whippets who have produced a litter of pups.

Race 2 ~ For our Femal members who have whelped a Child? :- "

Race 1 will be over the same distance and Hcps as the days Main racing, Race 2 will be 150yds all mums running from Scr.

So come on members get your mums Entered but be carefull to enter them in the correct race

i've had Paula in training for a few months now with this race in mind (she thought the walking was for the dogs benifit)

i've a few more days to put the finishing touches to her race preperation and I think were in with a chance But I must say having seen Jue332 move when she was stealing some butties at the end of last year she may be a serious danger to my plans especialy if her OH stands at the end of the race waving a plate of Salmon butties? wonder if that would be classed as ragging?

umm would you care to elaborate on who thats aimed at? might take a little heat off me?

Just been and got a nice box of Chocolates for the human Mums and a nice goody bag & trophy for the K9 mum winner (chews squeaky toy ect)

i take it that for the 2nd race there is no weigh in and muzzles will not be compulsory (w00t)

LOL ......and for a box of chocolates for the winner of race 2, I can see this being a very bumpy race :lol: .......I hope your 1/2 way line judge is brave enough to disqualify if needed (w00t)

well your all always telling us how good you all are, how you do everything.

I make the offor on Mothers day to make you all feel a little special and you all moan about it, I think all the kids should pull together and buy 1 realy nice mothers day present on the basis winner takes all loosers get nowt for mothers day (god my caring sides coming out again)

We ladies do enough running about on a Sunday, wether it be after the dogs or you

men, so seeing as it's mother's day we should all be able to take it easy
