These are my two different typed girls. I like them both :b

Kapor ( Tylko Ty Ford Granada, 3 years old polish breeding with an international pedigree) and the b&w Vega (PetrezselyemProjekt's Lightfall Lunatica, only 4 and a bit more than a half months old, full US pedigree).

We took these pics today, and I find the comparison very interesting (even though Vega is a pup). :) :))

wow, look how much Vega has grown (w00t)

Kapor is

I adore Vega - always have since the first picture I saw of her. Kapor is very pretty - it looks from the pic that Vega is going to be bigger than Kapor?

they are both very lovely, but as i am very much in whippet racing i prefer Vega. i like her long body and the reach she has, especially for a young pup. She is fantastic! (w00t)

Two very different type bitches, but both beautiful  ..........as is the back ground behind them (w00t) What stunning surroundings you live in  Best of luck with both your lovely girls :luck:

Yes, best of luck! You can see the different outlines. Your US bitch is from lines here we would call "houndy" and it shows in the proportions of your puppy from her. She is very nice, and houndy style Whippets are much admired by our US breeder judges.

I like the shape on your brindle girl, too.

Like you, I am trying to blend some international lines and find the combinations that work to give me the overall look that I like. I find that many of the Whippets I most admire come from that sort of blended pedigree. Good luck with them in the future!

They are both lovely   lots of luck with them - it is lovely to see how Vega is coming on.

Another interesting details:

and 5 and 1/2 months of age:

I find it very interesting how different the way is they are growing and maturing. :)
