My dogs eyes are different sizes

I have an American bulldog she 3 yrs old and I have noticed her eyes are different sizes I've only had her 2weeks and she squints alot can some one give me advice on this please thanks
 
If you think people are not symmetrical either - have you taken her to the vet to get her eyes checked?
