A Rhodesian ridgeback off the lead killed my little dog breaking his spine in two places how. An I sue the owner fir all our sadness upset and flashbacks if this horrendous vicious attack ?

Under the Dangerous Dogs Act, a dog that is dangerously out of control can be reported to the police. You might want to consider that as a first step; they may be able to advise you further. There are also some legal companies specialising in canine law - try www.doglaw.co.uk

So sorry to hear this.

Any prosecution might have to be a private prosecution as the police show little interest in dog on dog attacks.
