During March 2008 participating vets will provide a free healthcheck and discounted vaccination for dogs over 18months and who haven't been vaccinated in the last 18 months. Cat's and rabbits are also being offered the same, though I'm not sure on the terms and conditions with their vaccines. See the above link for more info.
