SHELLY McKAY REQUESTED THAT OUTBOUND AND HELLBOUND BE TRANSFERD TO TAM Jr NEW NWRF CARD SO THAT HE COULD RUN OUR DOGS AT THE CHAMPS, HE ASK US IF HE COULD DO THIS KNOWING THAT OUTBOUND WOULD BE IN THE SAME CLASS AS HIS OWN DOG, BUT IT WOULD SEEM THAT OUTBOUND & HELLBOUND ARE ALSO BANNED FOR SOMETHING THAT TONY HAS SAID, SO NOW WHO ARE THE HYPOCRITES :clown:

This is a terrible state of affairs I thought it was the aim of whippet racing to encourage people into the sport.....we are against giving whippets anything that could and would enhance the dogs perfomance and which might cause harm to the dog but dont you think it is time to let people race their dogs and for all to start and enjoy racing again..... yes Hellbound did show a positive test but this test was within the BWRA allowance......and we are not saying that their dog showing a positive test is right... we all know it is not :angry:

Shelly never asked to put your dogs on young tams cards ...she asked if she could put them on her cards , when i told her on the sunday the decision she paid her membership to me for herself, young tams membership was paid at the beginning of 2004

I then asked the rest of the commitee what they thought and a desision was made that until all members books, equipment ect were returned , hellbound and outbound could not run.

peter did ask if he could run Steve's dogs and was refused ,same for young harry which may have cost him the top ten ,same for Irene i was told the same. not nice is it .someone has already said what goes around comes around ,if tony had not been so stubborn with the members gear and monies etc you may have got more sympathy.....

HARRY DID NOT ASK FOR YOUR DOGS TO BE TRANSFERRED, HE ASK TO PAY THE MEMBERSHIP AND WAS TOLD HE COULD NOT HOLD HIS OWN MEMBERSHIP HE WAS NOT OLD ENOUGH, AND YOU WERE NOT BANNED FROM THE FED ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS APOLOGIZE TO MEMBERS AND COMMITTEE, WHEN YOU DID THAT YOUR DOGS RAN LAST YEAR,

YES SHARON DID PAY FOR A TEST, AND WAS TOLD THAT SHE WOULD GET HER MONEY BACK IF A TEST WAS NOT SENT, SHE GOT HER MONEY BACK, LOOK IN W, N, SHE DID PUT A LETTER IN THANKING THE FED FOR LETTING HER RUN SASPARELLA,

AND I THINK SOME OF YOU SHOULD REMEMBER THE SAYING YOU KEEP QUOTING :cheers:

Transferred/New membership for Harry and myself (his mum) was what he asked for-and I am old enough, I was there. He was refused, there was ample time to have got this sorted when he asked.

Yes, Steve was more than aware that he had not been banned.

It seems pointless asking after Mr Weatherson told Gary on the phone that the dogs were banned to.

How ? why?and to what end?Just what is there at the end of all this and who will be happy ?Get all the stuff that does not belong to you handed over ! why keep this charade as to rightful ownership going, it has gone on long enough. Surely your grown up sufficiently enough to appreciate that your in the wrong, keeping what is not yours, for just once in your life do the right thing who knows you might even feel better for doing so! IT MIGHT EVEN CATCH ON !
