So what do we all think concerning new law coming in? Need to hear more yet finer details .

From what I have seen I think that it will be pretty much impossible to own a dog in a city if the law is applied to the full extent of its powers.

Things which I noted from the press write ups that I could find basically say that you'll be breaking the law if your dog even startles or scares a child. How can anybody guarantee that no child will be startled by your dog?

And if the brats startle the dog first? Brats should be in bed or indoors but no they are out until.midnight terrerising the local estate,
