So went to a new pet store(Loyal Biscuit) to find Dexter a better fitting harness. Not only was the store geared for just dogs and cats, but the workers were amazing, helpful, polite.
We did find a harness that fit but had to take it back because he slipped out of it. Exchanged it for a different designed one. There was a bonus... They remembered his name and gave him a treat. Dexter loves them. So we bought a bag. We are excited to be able to give him something better than slivers of turkey bacon. The new treats are made from real chicken and other chicken parts. Super excited they will continue to get out business. Best pet store I have been in, in years. So glad they came to town and opened up. The treats are put out by Stella and chewy.

Nice that you found a helpful shop and by the sound of it good staff..
Some shops are so let down by uniterested staff who shrug their shoulders and cant be bothered to help anyone or who have no knowledge of the products they sell..

Yes there are too many. Went to one and one worker was chatting with a customer (understandable) and another was just wandering around. When we asked a question he didn't respond. Asked again and he said he couldn't help. It does happen and it's sad.
