Hello all @ k9 :)

Is anyone going to the ely show on 19 Aug :- " :- " :- " I did go there earlier this year and had a wonderful time

This will be my 3 or 4th show this year, obviously just looking (w00t) (w00t)

cheers sue

Lily and Berry will be coming and I think I entered Daisy as well!! (w00t) Come and say hello.

:) Me Link & Me, Me, are going to, hope the sun shines for us.

Hi Sue,

We will be going, i have my boy Frankie entered and also his little sister, Ruby :huggles: Please come and say hello :)

Jo

I'm going with my sister jok and Skanky and Booby

It is such a lovely show, the Open earlier in the year was wonderful - I'm really looking forward to it.

Hi

If anyone is coming to this show for the first time as a spectator they will be very welcome. :huggles:

If you don't know anybody please ask for Alayna or me and we will make sure that you are introduced to some exhibitors and looked after for the day. You are also invited to join us for a glass of wine or a cold drink at lunchtime

We will have catalogues for sale which include pedigrees of all the dogs entered this year.

So if you haven't been to a championship dog show but fancy a day out, get down to Littleport on 19th August and PLEASE keep your fingers crossed for a sunny day.

Cathie

I'll be there with Stanley and Reggie, and Gill A will be there too with Kes, Woods & the Hubster.

We're travelling together - 'tis a mighty long way from our part of the country!

Hi Suel and welcome

With such a kind invitation to the show from Cathie do go along and introduce yourself, buy yourself a catalogue, find a seat and enjoy watching & checking out the dogs and their breeding that you 'fancy'.

You will find Whippeteers are a kind folk :huggles: and will try to help you with any questions that you might have, on top of that a drink at lunchtime what more can you ask for

 forgot some lovely pics from Louise of course........

Hope to see you there

Mr Monty Magic Moe Joe Montagonus will be there, and so will Old Dog Devon (w00t)

Monty's last show in puppy :(

Devon's first in veteran - and his first this millenium

I'm entered but now won't be there. Have other pressing plans. Disappointed that we aren't going, but not disappointed in the reason... :- "

I judged the entry at the Open show earlier this year and my one regret was that I was obliged to be the judge and not an exhibitor. :( It was a nice, bright, clean, venue with a very good club and lots of dedicated members determined to make the day a fun and enjoyable outing for all, no matter where they placed in the cards. There was also great parking and ample walking and exercising area. What more could an exhibitor want?

We could use a little more of that style show on this side of the pond.

The only real issue was that the space wasn't reserved for QUITE enough time given the size of the entry, but the club managed.

I hope that everyone who is able to go has a fine time and wish all the competitors the best of luck. Regardless of placements, I think the EAWC will make sure that everyone has a nice time socially and a good ring to show their dogs to the gallery.
