The I.R.G. would like to thank the Newton Aycliffe W.R.C. with their help in the running of the I.R.G. medals event. A very good set of organised workers and good racing and good company made the event worth running. Thanks to those who also helped not connected with this club and thanks to the racers for enjoying the day. John Meades & Ron Hardy

gold run had a hip injury.

Very well run open---with a great joint effort from host club Aycliffe - John Meades and Ron Hardy.

With all what was said about Top Ten Meetings Why! TWO TOP TEN MEETINGS ON SAME DAY within a two hour drive of each other ??? this only detracts both meetings and surely is a retrograde step.

I thought this issue was one that was being addressed / Not very fair to either ---surely with nothing next week on calender .

Still back to IRG Medals and well done to all the winners --especially Gary Gorton who seems to be going through a purple patch with the way his dogs are running or should i say his wifes dogs ??? not sure!

Also John Noble who always seems to have his dogs up for it and is never far off the mark, Midnight run is another that never lets his owners down and usually figures somewhere in the final results maybe we tend to forget to mention dogs like him because it is expected they will perfom well --another showing some recent return to form and figuring in the final was Master Blaster well done to him also ---in conclusion we had a great day medals were a credit to the IRG --running all done and presentation over by 4oclock----- A PAT on the back for all the Great Aycliffe members for equipment being in good working order and all the hard work they themselves put into making this meeting the success it was and a pleasure to attend . and a big thanks to the two gents that drove up to Aycliffe from Nottingham and without any dogs to race themselves staged this open --John /Ron .
