will there be racing at Shane's Castle for dogs who have not qualified for the final?

Yes - the normal racing over the longer course for the 24th All Ireland Terrier & Lurcher Championships will take place after the Master Mc Grath final. All dogs are eligible to compete in this so a dog that wins over the shorter Master Mc Grath distance can be tested for speed & stamina over the longer distance.
