NNWRF BREEDERS FORMS MUST BE FILLED IN AT TIME OF MATING AND BY BOTH OWNER OF DAM AND SIRE, THEN COMPLETED AND SENT INTO THE NNWRF REGISTRAR BY THE TIME THE PUPS ARE 8 WEEKS OLD
forms can be downloade from the NNWRF forum of K9 or obtained from the registrar

this ruling has been in for a while now and reminders are/have been published on here and in Whippet News so excuses as I forgot are not acceptable in the future, Anyone who is aquiring a pup it would be advisable to check with the breeder that the litter has been registered
