Dear Bruce and Di
I write to you on behalf of the NNWRF committee and its members to say how disappointed we are that you have failed to honour the agreement made and signed in the presence of a witness by Mrs. D. Bellwood and Mrs. D. Bailey regarding the money that had been taken from the NNWRF account totalling £4156. The amount paid back to the NNWRF by Mrs. Bellwood on 14th September 2007 was £1800 leaving an outstanding balance of £2356 to be repaid as agreed by the end of 2007, a second payment of £2300 was paid by cheque by Mrs. Bellwood leaving a balance of £56 outstanding. You have both been reminded on two occasions about theamount still outstanding.
You have both also been asked on numerous occasions to return anything you have in your possession belonging to the NNWRF ie; keys to Swallownest, wieghing tripod, camcorder etc but unfortunately you are unwilling to comply, may Iremind you the money and equipment is not yours to keep hold of it belongs to the members of the NNWRF and we the committee will take whatever action neccessary to recover it
PLEASE CONTACT THE NNWRF TREASURES Mrs. D. Bailey tel *************
within the next 7 days to arrange payment of the amount outstanding and the return of any NNWRF properties
yours sincerely
