dog only race (2 heats) 1st WHIZZY JACK (Jack the lad x nikki whizz) belonging to me & peter 2nd GNASHER (dennis) (jack the lad x nikki whizz) now belonging to richard and john.

sun 4th dec 2011 rising sun. 1st TIMBUCK 2 (goldrun x attraction) 2nd PASS THE BUCK (goldrun x attraction) litter brothers belnging to alfie and ryan

dog only race only 3 competing with TIMBUCK 2 the winner TIMBUCK 2 also won the 6 heat pool today big well done to him.

WALLSEND RISING SUN IS SUN MORNING @ 11AM PROMPT. THIS WEEK IS ALSO BITCH ONLY WEEK BUT U MUST HAVE RACED IN THE HANDICAP TO RACE IN THE BITCH ONLY.

THE SPIRIT DRAW WILL BE DRAWN NEXT SUN @ THE XMAS HANDICAP @ WALLSEND RISING SUN SUN 18TH DEC 2011

THEN THE RISING SUN WILL BE CANCELLED FOR TWO WEEKS DUE TO XMAS DAY & NEW YEARS DAY FALLING ON A SUNDAY. RACING WILL RESUME ON SUN 8TH JANUARY 2012.

BOTH THE NORTH EAST AGM AND THE RISING SUN AGM AND BOTH PRESENTATIONS WILL TAKE PLACE THE FOLLOWING WEEK SUN 15TH JAN 2012 IN THE BACK ROOM OF THE PUB AFTER RACING. PLEASE TRY TO MAKE THE AGM IF U CAN. SUBS CAN BE PAID @ THE SAME TIME. RISING UN SUBS £5.00.

Today we ran our Xmas handicap, the reason why incase the weather changed.

2nd Tight Feet

Both dogs belong to Russ / they ran well and the times were good. Well done Russ.

sun is our xmas handicap @ wallsend rising sun then we will be off for two weeks due to xmas day & new years day falling on a sunday. the spirit draw will be done this sun so dont forget your tickets. :thumbsup:

last weekend sat 17th and sun 18th dec 2011 both westerhope & wallsend had to cancel due to severe frost. wallsend did their spirit drawer on sun and erica has a list of whose won one.

this weekend sat 24th dec 2011 all being well weatherwise westerhope will be on.
