just one change the mambers thank outgoing chairman Kieth Woodhead and wellcome new chairman Tony Taylor

2008 committee

chairman Tony Taylor

secretary Linda Broom

treasurer Jac Manley

registrar Fiona Marsden

reps L. Broom, V. Harper, J. Manley (J.Marsden F.Marsden)

thanks to all who came a good turnout for the meeting.

A lengthy discussion regarding the recent National BWRA AGM and reps meeting the North West members would like the National committee to clarify when the propsals every two years was brought into being, as far as the N/W members and a lot of others are aware the 2 years was brought in for a new committee to allow them time to get to grips with the running of the BWRA and for new proposals being put into practice in order to give them a chance to work, As far as we are aware any new proposals can be put forward as it states in the RULE BOOK yearly.

The ballot papers were questioned as to why should a member have to reveal their identity on them, any ballot other than a show of hands should be private, no one should know how anyone else has voted

There are quite a few new pups in the region that will be making their debut's into racing later in the year so things are looking good for te N/W

The members wish Steve and Karen's Barney (OUR MAN FLINT) a speedy recovery after his recent accident

GOOD LICK TO EVERYONE FOR 2008
