Northamptonshire Disc Dog Day 23-9-06

Wickstead Park, Near Kettering

9.30am to 4pm

£6.50 per dog (£5.50 each for more than one dog)

Pre booking advisable, if not it will cost £6 per car just to enter the park whereas if I know three weeks before I can get you a pass to enter for free!

Time is running out if you want to get WICKSTEED park free of charge, I'll need to know for definate if you are coming by THIS Friday evening, Saturday morning at the LATEST.

If you don't you can still come but you'll have to pay £6 per car to enter the park, on top of the competition entry fee.

If you want to get in to WICKSTEED for free email more details, names of ALL who will be coming including kids or anyone else you'll be bringing, I'll also need an address as well as the names of the dogs you'll be using.

I've been sent some extra car passes so it isn't too late to come to this disc dog day. It is a week tomorrow so I'd need to know early next week to get them posted to you. What have you got to lose, free entry in to a great park and some fun and excersize for you and your dog in a relaxed atmosphere.

OMG ......I've wanted to do this with my lot forever (I have 1 collie, 1 collie x and 5 Whippets that are all obsessed by their frisbees, and catch and retrieve to hand (w00t) .......Your too far away though ........can you send me some more info though please as I know of other disc dogs :cheers: Hannah

Kettering can't be that far for you can it? Not much further than it is for me anyway (about 90 mile)!

You'll find more info at the Disc Dogs UK web site. One or two areas need to updated, like the rules section and the disc we use. Computer has been down three weeks and I've got a little behind.

I am looking for areas to hold events next year, maybe if you know one or two other people then your area might be a good idea?
