We were expecting to have this meeting on 10th Dec at Easington but because of the weather situation and the possibility of events having to be cancelled ( hope there not but you never know) it has been agreed as our committee members will be at Old Hall this weekend, we will have our meeting after the BWRA AGM.

sorry this is short notice but if any N.N.W.R.F. member has anything they would like us to discuss at this meeting would you put in writing and hand it to one of the committee members or you can e-mail me.

Linda Broom (chairperson N.N.W.R.F)

how about first and second through in heats at championships..like the bwra do. i think this idea would be well supported....what do you all think..

I dont think that this is a good idea surely if it were that good an idea ---world championships and olimpic games would addopt it--- once your beat your out ----its who is up for it on the day and who gets it right on the day--- thats what all the preparation is in aid of ---if you miss your traps hard luck --if you stumble same applies ---having one organistion that runs that format is quite enough ---in my opinion.this was proved at the recent bend championships where the results speak for themselves--- and how pleasant to see some very happy faces of people who won titles for the first time cause their dogs coped with the conditions better than others if it had been 1st and 2nd through it most surely would have thrown up some different results. Not really fair to win then race same dog and be beat especially at champinships to my mind or any other event for that matter-- but you requested views --these are mine--

I agree! Surely the NNWRF is ran as an alternative to the BWRA, hence the different formats, no point having them running near enough the same formats or the two might as well just merge. IMO of course

ScaRY THis Vicky --Great minds think alike ---Fools seldom DIFFER---LOL

Easington unrunable, trailed there wed 23rd. it was -5 over night, -2 10am,joes lads had been working on the track since 730. the running surface was very good / just right.good enough for my dog to do his best time, a testament to joe and his staff. frost no problem, hell will freeze over before easington is unrunable   BE NICE TO SEE GOOD TURN OUT FOR SCRATCH ON SAT 3RD DEC :luck:
