Noticed a green like spot on stomach x2

Hi, we took in our puppy yesturday and he's done well first 24hr.

Today my sister noticed two of this green like spot on his stomach. Can someone tell me if they are birthmark or related to bacterial health on skin?

Have you tried gently washing it ...

If they are flush to the skin, my guess would be that they are birthmarks - however, that is only a guess. We really can't give a diagnosis based on a photo, and can't replace your vet. As it's not easy to see a vet in person right now, I would try to get a clearer photo, directly above the spot, email it to the vet and ask their opinion. If they have any concerns, they'll arrange an appointment.

Reading JudyN's reply made me wonder what vets do around the country. My vets accept appointments, come out and discus in the car park, they then take the dog into the surgery then bring it back out and talk about the problem. Obviously its not ideal in that I would really want to be with her during the vets investigations, but at least we can arrange for her to see a vet easily.
