why not have a nutrition and injuries column. :)

If we had an injuries forum I would be never be off it :( .

Guess who's at the vets tomorrow.....yes me again!!!!!, hobgoblin decided she would tear a shoulder muscle last night, no doubt it will either be retirement or a lay off!!!

also tiger ( true faith) never has there been a dog soooo injured, just as he's coming right after a biggggg lay off he somehow cuts his foot open barking at next doors dog(god knows how!!! ??? ). We are on first name terms with our vet and even exchange xmas cards.....we could have even asked him to be sam's godfather!!!!( ok maybe going a bit far!!!).

so don't talk to me about injuries!!!!!!!

even my car and the dogs know how to get to the vets by themselves they go that often :(

I think it's about time someone told Michelle that the idea of whippet racing is to be the fastest dog over the line - not the fastest dog to the vets!!  Even Ella's not that bad!! :D

Hi, well all our dogs have injuries worst luck and i think i see what u are getting at neil, maybe we will learn some thing about how to prevent an injury if we know what causes them. :p Im all for it :D

Hello,

do you think that the risk of injury is reduced in accordance with the condition of the dog?  I have seen some very fit runners who never seem to get an injury and others just as fit, who seem always to be hurt in some way.  Interesting to ponder why this may be, and I would enjoy other's opinions on this.
